INFLUENCE OF AIR TEMPERATURE ON GRAIN QUALITY INDICATORS OF PERENNIAL WHEAT VARIETIES AND SAMPLE

Abstract
For the first time in the southern region, research is being conducted on perennial wheat varieties and samples. The article shows that the average gluten content of perennial wheat in the grain was 24.7-33.4%, according to the results of laboratory analysis.
It was found that there were 4 samples with the highest gluten content, which was 1.8-5.5% higher than the standard varieties.
