Abstract

The article presents the results of research on the growth and development of potato varietal samples, enrichment of the collection, and yield indicators. The research was conducted in the experimental fields of the Karakalpakstan Research Institute of Agriculture in 2025. Currently, potatoes are grown on more than 22 million hectares in more than 160 countries of the world, producing more than 356 million tons of crops annually.
