AGROBIOLOGY AND TECHNOLOGY ADVANTAGES OF HYBRID WHEAT LINES OBTAINED BASED ON INNOVATIVE BREEDING TECHNOLOGIES
Main Article Content
Abstract
The study evaluated the yield and economically valuable traits of 16 spring hybrid wheat lines under different conditions. It was conducted in the Karshi district against the Bunyodkor variety. The results showed a reliable genetic difference between the hybrids (P<0.0001). Some lines yielded 15–17 c/ha higher than the reference varieties (under Karshi conditions). It was also noted that they had better heat resistance and morpho-biological indicators. The results obtained allow us to recommend these hybrids as promising breeding material for creating new high-yielding varieties suitable for local conditions.
