Abstract

This article studies the impact of planting dates and feeding systems on yield and soil fertility in the cultivation of the Durdona variety of mung bean in the agroclimatic conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. First, the biological characteristics of the mung bean crop, the growing season and agrotechnical requirements are analyzed based on scientific sources. Then, changes in plant growth, development and yield indicators are determined when using different planting dates and mineral fertilizer rates. At the same time, the ability of the mung bean crop to enrich the soil with biological nitrogen is also evaluated. As a result, scientifically based agrotechnological recommendations are developed for the effective cultivation of the Durdona variety of mung bean in the conditions of Karakalpakstan.
