Abstract

This article presents the agrotechnology of growing amaranth in the conditions of Karakalpakstan. It describes the importance of the plant in the national economy, methods of preparing seeds for sowing and planting, biology, cultivation, feeding, irrigation standards, pest control measures, methods of preparing and storing silage, and harvesting.
