Abstract

This article explains that in order to determine the current importance of jurisprudential issues in today's information society, it is not possible to study them simply through superficial research, but rather, taking into account how perfect and complex a system they are, we can only solve the issues we are waiting for a solution through in-depth research and studies, from their genesis to their modern significance.
