Abstract

The article notes that broad opportunities are being created for the development of agriculture and the productive use of land. Ensuring the food security of the population — above all, the full provision of grain products — is considered an important task. At the same time, the article highlights that addressing the shortage of plant protein in agriculture is one of the most pressing issues today.
