Abstract

In this article, based on the articles published in the “Tarjiman” newspaper issued by the founder of the ideas of modernism in Bogchasaray, the enlightener/educator Ismail Gaspirinsky, the emergence/appearance  of new schools of method in the Turkestan region, as well as in the city of Ko'kan, their activities and  teaching techniques and other issues are covered.
