Abstract

During the years of Soviet rule, various benefits were created for teachers to develop the field of public education. These include transferring funds for utility payments, providing housing, and benefits for recreation. Based on archival sources and periodicals, scientific literature, the level of housing provision of rural teachers in the Fergana region during the economic hardships after the Second World War and the problems that arose were analyzed.
