Abstract

This article explores the activities of creative intellectuals and cultural-educational institutions on the home front during World War II. It highlights their role in maintaining public morale, fostering patriotic sentiments, and strengthening the cultural and spiritual front in the struggle against the enemy. The study examines these dynamics through the example of cities in the Fergana Valley, revealing the specific features of cultural and educational life during the war period.
