Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of an integrated approach to environmental education. The author, analyzing the role and importance of environmental education in society, emphasizes the need to form an ecological culture and responsibility in the younger generation by linking it with various disciplines. The problems encountered in the educational process, in particular, the lack of methodological manuals, the level of teacher training, and insufficient attention to practical activities, are also analyzed. The article presents proposals and goals for the effective implementation of an integrated approach, which will serve to improve environmental education.
