Abstract

This article analyzes the territorial and regional characteristics of environmental protection. The specificity of environmental problems and methods of solving them in different regions is considered, as well as how the use of natural resources and environmental protection measures differ depending on the climate, natural conditions and level of economic development of the region. It is emphasized that territorial and regional approaches play an important role in maintaining ecological balance and ensuring sustainable development. The article reveals the importance of cooperation between state administration, local communities and environmental organizations, and highlights the need to adapt environmental protection strategies to territorial characteristics.
