Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical possibilities of using the problem situation method in the process of environmental education. The problem situation method develops students' independent thinking, forms the skills of a critical approach to environmental problems, and increases social responsibility for environmental protection. The study presents methodological recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of using problem situations in environmental lessons.
