Abstract

This article discusses the essence of chemical bonds (ionic, covalent and metallic bonds) and how to explain them using the simplest examples. The need to use graphic models, tables and comparison methods to facilitate complex concepts in chemistry education is emphasized. The article contains scientific and methodological recommendations for effective teaching of chemistry at the levels of general secondary education and higher education.
