Abstract

The article studied the effects of different irrigation methods and mulching between cotton rows on seedling density during the season in moderately saline grassland soils of the Surkhandarya region. It was observed that in the optimal variant, drip irrigation and mulching between rows with 20 tons of organomineral compost per hectare, the number of seedlings decreased by 2 thousand units less at the end of the season compared to the control.
