Abstract

The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the adaptability of the varieties and lines in the preliminary variety trial nursery in order to develop new, high-yielding and high-protein varieties of food chickpea suitable for cultivation under irrigated soil conditions, and to the study of growing the best-adapted new lines of food chickpea in early spring (the second ten-day period of February) under irrigated soil and climatic conditions.
