Abstract

This study analyzes grain quality indicators of bread wheat varieties grown under the conditions of the Nukus and Kungrad districts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The research objects included the varieties Vassa, Grom, Gurt, Drujba, Aliksevich, and Antonina. The protein and gluten content in wheat grains were determined under laboratory conditions. The obtained data were statistically evaluated using analysis of variance (ANOVA), and graphical visualization was performed using OriginPro software. The results showed that the protein content ranged from 12.16% to 15.83% in Nukus and from 12.3% to 14.9% in Kungrad district. The gluten content varied between 28.26–29.61% and 28–30%, respectively. The findings indicate that some wheat varieties demonstrate relatively high grain quality indicators under different agro-ecological conditions.
