Abstract

This article studied the effect of rearing sex-marked mulberry silkworm breeds and hybrids under the various climatic conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan on reproductive, biological and technological indicators. The studies assessed the influence of temperature, air humidity, feed quality and rearing conditions on egg hatching, larval viability, cocoon productivity and the level of silk content. According to the scientific results, the marked hybrids adapted to the local climate displayed high viability and reproductive indicators.
