Abstract
This article will analyze the modern role, capabilities and problems of generative
artificial intelligence (GenAI) technologies in the field of education and production. The role of artificial
intelligence in human activities is highlighted, especially in the development of automation, creative
approach and efficiency in educational processes and production systems. The article extensively analyzes
the importance of GenAI technologies in personalizing the educational process, easing the work of
teachers, and increasing product quality and energy efficiency in production.
