ANALYSIS OF THE SITUATION AND PROBLEMS OF TEACHING THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE TO STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AND THE USE OF COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ELECTRONIC MANUAL

Abstract

The article analyses the problems of the study of the Russian language by students of technical higher education institutions and the significance of developing an electronic teaching manual as a means of solving them. It is noted that Uzbekistan's transition to the Latin script creates difficulties in mastering Russian grammar. Questions of the effective organization of the educational process with the use of innovative methods, in particular computer technologies, are considered. The structure of the electronic manual, its test tasks and the methodological approaches oriented towards independent learning are described. The necessity of the continuous development of the methodological competence of Russian language teachers and of the training of engineering personnel on the basis of media technologies is substantiated.
