Abstract

This article examines the significance and necessity of an interdisciplinary approach in
the formation of sports tourism skills. In the modern education system, the integration of pedagogy,
psychology, physiology, ecology, geography, and other sciences plays a crucial role in the development of
sports tourism. The research analyzes the principles of a comprehensive approach to student preparation in
sports tourism, the theoretical foundations of interdisciplinary connections, and practical aspects. The
article reveals the multifaceted nature of sports tourism and its role in physical, psychological, and social
development. It substantiates that through interdisciplinary integration, the effectiveness of training
specialists in sports tourism can be enhanced, harmonizing students' theoretical knowledge and practical
skills. The research results provide practical recommendations for improving training programs in the field
of sports tourism.
