Abstract

This article describes modern coprological and hematological diagnostic methods for rabbit eimeriosis, a pathology that causes severe damage to rabbit breeding complexes. Scientific research was comprehensively conducted from 2021 to 2024 on a total of 1,382 rabbits of various breeds. In coprological analyses, the comparative efficacy of Darling and Fülleborn flotation methods was studied, and parasite oocyst isolation mechanisms were optimized. Furthermore, changes in blood morphological and biochemical parameters (erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobin, total protein, ALT, AST) and the refraction coefficient of blood serum caused by the disease were analyzed and systematically evaluated.
