Abstract

This article examines the prophylactic efficacy of a biological preparation, the probiotic “Vetosporin-Zh”, in preventing nosemosis, a disease that causes serious economic losses in beekeeping. According to the results of the study, this probiotic proved highly effective in improving the overall physiological condition of honey bees, stabilizing the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract and increasing their resistance to the disease. The article provides scientifically based recommendations for the practical use of the preparation.
