Jamiyat va ilm-fan taraqqiyotida ayollarning o‘rni: tarixiy tajriba va zamonaviy yondashuvlar

Abstract

The article offers a scholarly analysis of the role and importance of women in society, science, education and public administration. Women’s contribution to the advancement of science at different historical stages is studied comparatively on the basis of world and national experience. The reforms under way in New Uzbekistan to ensure gender equality and support women scientists are analyzed, along with legislative guarantees, in particular the practical significance of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and special legislation. It is substantiated with scientific evidence that enhancing women’s intellectual potential is one of the key factors in the stability of society and in laying the foundation of the Third Renaissance.
