Abstract

The article investigates the essence of the financial marketplace, the specifics of its functioning, and the relevance of incorporating these digital platforms into the modern financial system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The paper characterizes the structure of the financial marketplace alongside its key participants. Furthermore, the study outlines the core advantages of utilizing financial platforms while examining the existing constraints and barriers that impede the full-scale development of such solutions within the country. In conclusion, it is argued that the subsequent evolution and popularization of financial marketplaces will substantially streamline the acquisition of financial products and services for consumers.
