Abstract

This paper analyzes the psychological factors that influence the development of egoistic tendencies in adolescents. It examines how self-awareness, the sense of adulthood, the striving for independence, self-esteem, the development of needs and motives, empathic attitudes and communication with peers during adolescence are related to egoistic tendencies.
