Исполнение дополнительных наказаний в ФРГ

Abstract

This article examines the specifics of the execution of additional punishments in the Federal Republic of Germany, their legal nature, goals, and place within the system of criminal executive law. The types of additional punishments provided for by the criminal legislation of the FRG, as well as the procedure and mechanisms for their implementation, are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to issues of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions, prohibition of professional activities, confiscation of property, and other criminal-legal measures. The powers of bodies exercising control over the execution of additional punishments, as well as issues of efficiency and law enforcement practice, are being studied. It is concluded that additional punishments are of great importance as a tool for preventing recidivism and ensuring social justice.
