Abstract

Women have always been, and will remain, the foundation and beauty of our life and the future of our nation. This article analyzes women’s leadership role in the governance of state and society, their political activity and their contribution to the development of science. Based on statistical data, it covers the image of women in our national and spiritual values, the legal and regulatory documents adopted in New Uzbekistan to ensure gender equality and to support women leaders and women scientists, and their practical outcomes.
