Abstract

This article examines the artistic function of landscape in the stories of the renowned Karakalpak writer Sh. Seytov. Accordingly, in Sh.Seytov's short stories, landscape depictions serve as a motivational tool for developing the story, while in other contexts, they help reveal people's character.
