The content of managerial skills development for directors of preschool education organizations

Abstract
This article examines the theoretical foundations of developing an innovative basis for the professional competence of preschool education organization leaders. It explores, as a pedagogical issue, how the success of innovative activities largely depends on the level of professional knowledge of the director and their deputies in management theory, economics, sociology, political science, law, pedagogy, psychology, hygiene, and physiology. Additionally, the subject of the work includes understanding the normative requirements for the personality of a modern specialist, the specific features of organizing the activities of engineering and pedagogical staff, and the education of children.
