Qoraqalpog‘iston shimoliy hududlarida Acari: Tetranychidae oilasi turlarining tarqalishi

Abstract

This article analyzes the distribution of members of the family Tetranychidae (Acari) in the northern regions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, their host plants, and their occurrence patterns under various ecological conditions. The research was carried out in natural and anthropogenically transformed ecosystems of the Aralkum National Nature Park and the Muynak, Chimbay, Kegeyli and Nukus districts. Field observations and laboratory analyses revealed 2 subfamilies, 4 genera and 8 species of the family Tetranychidae. The distribution of the identified species was found to be related to the ecological characteristics of the area and the availability of host plants. A relatively high frequency of occurrence was established for certain species of the genera Tetranychus and Bryobia. The results are of great scientific importance for regular monitoring of the Tetranychidae fauna in the northern regions of Karakalpakstan and for studying its bioecological characteristics.
