Improving the energy efficiency of building services and the use of smart control systems
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article deals with improving the energy efficiency of building services in modern buildings and structures. It analyzes the role of heat supply, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and other engineering systems in a building’s energy consumption. The possibilities of reducing energy consumption through thermal insulation, efficient pumps and fans, automatic control, sensors, IoT technologies and smart control systems are described. The practical importance of protecting heating pipelines with basalt-based insulation materials is also considered. The proposed integrated approach helps to increase the operational efficiency of building services, reduce excess energy consumption and ensure a comfortable indoor microclimate.
