Abstract
This article examines the theoretical foundations for forming an understanding of deontology in preschool educators and developing the labor activity of educators, as well as the pedagogical and psychological views of thinkers on developing a child's speech abilities and cognitive interests, as a pedagogical problem. The subject of the study is the development and practical implementation of scientific and methodological support, as well as the improvement of methods for developing the cognitive interests of educators.
