Abstract

This thesis analyzes conflicts in preschool educational organizations, their causes, factors of formation and ways of their resolution. Conflicts that arise in the preschool education system between teachers, educators, children and parents often have communicative, psychological or organizational reasons. The study highlights effective mechanisms for managing conflicts, methods for resolving them constructively, and the need to develop conflict management competence of leaders. It also shows ways to increase the effectiveness of the educational process by directing conflicts to a positive outcome and ensuring a healthy psychological environment in the team.
