Abstract

The article discusses the pedagogical content and methods of educating technical college students in the spirit of industriousness, as well as ways of improving this process on the basis of modern pedagogical technologies. In technical college education, developing practical skills and abilities alongside theoretical knowledge is of great importance. In this regard, the article analyzes the development of such qualities in students as a positive attitude toward work, professional responsibility, discipline, initiative, independence and dedication to their profession. It considers the pedagogical potential of practical classes, the project method, problem-based learning, professional situations, teamwork, mentoring and interactive methods for building industriousness. In addition, proposals are made for strengthening cooperation between teachers and vocational training instructors, aligning the educational process with real professional activity and improving student incentive mechanisms.
