Modern approaches to the preservation and protection of architectural monuments

Abstract
The article analyzes modern approaches to the preservation, protection and effective use of architectural monuments in Uzbekistan. Architectural monuments are important objects of cultural heritage that embody the historical memory, national culture and architectural thought of the people. The importance of using modern construction technologies, digital modeling, laser scanning, photogrammetry and monitoring systems alongside traditional restoration methods in safeguarding them is highlighted. The assessment of the structural condition of historic buildings, their protection from natural and anthropogenic impacts, and their harmonious integration into the modern urban environment are also considered. The study substantiates that the use of a comprehensive scientific and technical approach to preserving architectural monuments is an important factor in ensuring their long-term preservation.
