Abstract

The article highlights the importance of modern technologies for the efficient and rational use of water resources in agriculture, their advantages and practical application. In particular, it analyses the role of drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, automated irrigation systems, soil moisture sensors and digital monitoring technologies in saving water. Attention is also paid to the potential of new technologies to reduce water consumption, increase crop yields, cut labour and energy costs and ensure environmental sustainability. The main aim of the article is to show the importance of the efficient use of water resources in agriculture, the prevention of water scarcity and the wide introduction of modern innovative technologies.
