Abstract

The nutrients contained in organic fertilizers are important because they increase the organic matter content of the soil, improve its physicochemical properties and stabilize plant nutrition conditions. According to research findings, the use of manure, compost, poultry manure, vermicompost and green manure increases sesame plant height, branching, the number of capsules, seed yield and, in some cases, oil yield. Combining organic fertilizers with part of the mineral fertilizers allows nutrients to be used efficiently.
