Abstract

This article provides a brief scientific analysis of the nutritional value of sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) vegetable, its importance in human consumption and beneficial properties, and its role in our country’s vegetable growing and export. Along with this, local varieties of sweet pepper recommended for planting, their planting methods, planting dates and schemes determined as a result of scientific experiments are described.
