Abstract
The goal of agribusiness is to increase income by fully meeting the demand for agricultural products. One of the important conditions for the effective functioning of agribusiness is the careful development of its legal and regulatory framework and the implementation of a state policy that supports it. In the Republic of Uzbekistan in particular, the modernization of the agricultural sector and its adaptation to market relations are directly linked to the existence and development of the legislative framework.
