Abstract

This article discusses modern methods of educating preschool children through Uzbek folk tales. The role of fairy tales, one of the most ancient and influential types of oral folk art, in the formation of children's thinking, speech and moral qualities is analyzed on a scientific basis. Also, innovative forms of using fairy tales in the educational process are considered - methodological approaches such as multimedia tools, interactive exercises, role-playing games, and staging. The article develops recommendations for selecting fairy tale texts, organizing the listening process, and applying methods of analysis and reflection, taking into account the age characteristics of children.
