Abstract

This article highlights the morphological and biological characteristics, growth rates on nutrient media, and microscopic analysis results of the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium graminearum strain isolated from agricultural crop samples. During the research, using modern mycological identifiers, the isolate was identified as belonging to the species Fusarium graminearum. Furthermore, the scientific and practical significance of preserving the obtained strain in laboratory conditions, studying its pathogenic properties, and enriching the gene pool of the unique object "Collection of Phytopathogenic and Other Microorganisms" with local isolates was substantiated.
