Phytochemical analysis of biologically active compounds of endophytic fungi
Main Article Content
Abstract
Endophytic fungi are a promising source of biologically active secondary metabolites with diverse pharmacological properties. Compounds capable of inhibiting pancreatic lipase, a key digestive enzyme involved in fat hydrolysis, are of particular scientific interest. This study aims to investigate the qualitative characteristics of endophytic fungi isolated from medicinal plants and to assess their metabolic potential for identifying promising producers of pancreatic lipase inhibitors. The findings may provide a basis for further screening of biologically active compounds with potential hypolipidemic activity.
