Evaluation of the in vitro sensitivity of the phytopathogenic strain Fusarium sambucinum Uz-Ph34, isolated from infected potato tubers, to chemical agents
Main Article Content
Abstract
The sensitivity of a Fusarium sambucinum strain (Uz-Ph34), isolated from infected potato tubers during storage, to four commercial chemical agents was evaluated in vitro. The agents were tested on potato dextrose agar at concentrations of 0.1, 1, 10, and 100 mg/L. Imikar (KS) inhibited mycelial growth by 100% at all tested concentrations, whereas the effects of the other agents varied depending on their concentration.
