Abstract

Bacterial isolates were recovered from diseased tomato seedlings grown in a greenhouse in Khorezm Region, Uzbekistan. The isolates were characterized morphologically and microscopically and identified using MALDI-TOF MS. They were assigned to the genera Micrococcus, Lysinibacillus, Ralstonia, Serratia, Pseudomonas, and Rothia.
