Isolation of endophytic fungi of Mentha longifolia (L.) L., obtaining pure cultures and studying their morphocultural characteristics
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study focuses on the isolation of endophytic fungi from Mentha longifolia (L.) L., obtaining pure cultures, and examining their morphocultural characteristics. The study involved surface sterilization of plant samples, inoculation onto culture media, and repeated subculturing of fungal colonies. Colony color, shape, surface, and mycelial development were observed. The results provide a basis for the preliminary characterization of endophytic fungi and further biological and biotechnological research.
