Abstract

This article analyzes seasonal, regional, and agrotechnical factors affecting the formation and quantitative variation of pesticide residues in apples based on a review of scientific literature. It examines the influence of pesticide application timing, fruit ripening stage, climatic conditions, and the physicochemical properties of active substances on residue levels. The article also discusses the scientific and practical significance of determining pesticide residues in apples and assessing potential health risks associated with their consumption.
