Taxonomic analysis of bacteria isolated from soils of arid regions of Uzbekistan based on the 16S rRNA gene
Main Article Content
Abstract
The 16S rRNA gene sequences of 18 bacterial isolates from soils of Navoi, Bukhara and Kashkadarya regions were analysed. The isolates represented nine genera, with Bacillus accounting for 38.89%. Similarity to reference sequences ranged from 99.24 to 100%.
