Assessment of regional aspects of the epidemiology of post-COVID-19-associated digestive system diseases in the Fergana region
Main Article Content
Abstract
The epidemiology of post-COVID-19-associated digestive system diseases (DSD) was studied in 1,605 residents of the Fergana region aged 18-60 years with a history of COVID-19. Gastroduodenitis (19.9%), esophagitis (15.7%) and duodenal ulcer disease (12.6%) predominated in the disease structure. Risk factors were recorded most often in the 18-29-year age group (50.9%), and in men in the 40-49-year group. The data obtained provide a scientific basis for a regional prevention program.
