Abstract

Plastic waste is one of the most pressing problems of modern society. This study analyzes the environmental and economic aspects of plastic waste recycling. The article examines recycling technologies, their environmental impact and economic efficiency based on global and Uzbek practice. The results of the study show that an effective recycling system not only reduces waste, but also creates economic benefits and new jobs. The transition to a circular economy model is important for reducing plastic pollution and ensuring sustainable development.
